Business Policies
The average buyback period is 30 days, the process is much the same as any other lending institution, with the primary difference being the size of the buyback amount, the collateral and the holding of the merchandise until the buyback fee has been repaid. When you enter into a buyback agreement or sell an item we take your name and address, verify it with your valid ID, driver’s license or identity document and then inspects the item carefully. we have the ability to test diamonds and gold on the premises. Everything that’s been brought in for an example a laptop or TV needs to be tested to make sure it works properly, the serial number on the item is also recorded on the buyback agreement document. A repurchase fee will be charged on all cash buybacks made with PAWN STARS, this is excluding additional services you may require when entering into a buyback agreement.
